About Jeremy Goodman Consulting
Jeremy Goodman Consulting was founded in 2012 to provide expertise to higher ed institutions and not-for-profit organizations that needed an extra hand, typically with accreditation projects or similar matters. Over the years, we have broadened our offerings to provide more comprehensive services.
We are interested in working with a broad variety of organizations, typically college and universities or independent organizations in higher education. We strive to make our services accessible to all institutions.
We take a human-centered approach to our work, meaning that we work with you and your team through all steps of identifying and designing solutions that meet your needs.
Our Mission
Jeremy Goodman Consulting applies human-centered principles to partner with organizations to develop projects that will enable them to achieve their strategic and operational goals through implementing data-informed decision approaches, designing effective and efficient processes, and enabling high quality leadership. We help clients scope questions, brainstorm and prototype solutions, plan and execute strategy, lead with humanity, and steward their resources effectively.
We are particularly interested in:
- Designing, implementing and reviewing research, analytical, strategic or operational projects
- Supporting and coaching leaders through leadership and/or management challenges
- Reviewing and reimagining business processes
- Conducting gap analysis and solution design
- Providing Interim leadership or services in the case of vacant positions
Jeremy Goodman brings over two decades of higher education experience to bear on your projects. His previous positions and diverse professional interests give him with a unique blend of knowledge and skills in institutional operations and institutional research and decision support. The breadth of his experience also includes strategic planning, accreditation, academic assessment, human resources, facilities services, campus engineering and sustainability, emergency management, dining services, and more. He also has extensive experience developing and leading educational experiences from workshops to full courses. He is located in the Greater Boston area and works with clients around the country.

Jeremy has conducted and published research in the field of engineering education and actively serves as a course developer and instructor for the Association for Institutional Research.
